FRESH CHESTNUTS are perishable and should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Place in a mesh or paper bag in the coldest section. Our chestnuts have been stored at 33° in order to retain freshness. They should be eaten within 3 weeks for maximum satisfaction.

DRIED CHESTNUTS and CHESTNUT FLOUR should be stored in a cool, dry place. For extended storage, all dried products can be frozen.
